The SymEast Committee has officially selected our lodging accommodations in the Valley Forge, PA area for the conference. Please find the details of our special conference rates and booking dates below.

Where are attendees staying?

SymEast has chosen The Radisson at the Valley Forge Convention Center to be our accommodation provider of choice for this year's conference. You can visit their site by clicking here.

When can I book?

Reservations will be accepted through Friday, March 13, 2009 and attendees can start calling the hotel to make reservations on December 1, 2008. Our conference rate is available three days prior and three days after the event.  We have hotel rooms blocked from Sunday, 04/12/09 through Friday, 04/17/09.

How much will it cost? 

The room rate is $159.00 per night single or double occupancy.  There is also PA sales tax and occupancy tax which are currently 6% and 2% per room. 

How can I book?

Attendees should call 1-800-333-3333 -or- they can call 610-337-2000 ext. 600.  The group rate is $159.00 for single and double occupancy.  Attendees should mention that they are with the "SYMEAST 4/12-17/09 Group" when calling in.

Can I smoke in the hotel? 

No, It is a non-smoking hotel.
